Comes from the Weinviertel and attended numerous wine educations at the Weinakademie. He is a sought-after juror in wine tastings and wine awards, and a well-informed expert on the Austrian and Central European wine scene. His anecdotes give the listener in-depth knowledge and remarkable insights into the fascinating world of wines.
Germán Rodríguez López
Germán has its roots in the sherry and manzanilla region in Andalusia, Spain. He is a graduate of the Wines and Spirits Education Trust Levels. His special know-how lies in wines, Japanese whiskey and sake. Germán is an ambassador for wine and culture, he holds his tastings in addition to German, also in Spanish, English, Dutch or French.

An undisputed wine lover and the creative part of our team. His vision to present the best wines from Vienna and from the former Habsburg monarchy has led to the design and selection of tastings that you can enjoy in the heart of Vienna.
Christoph Mayrhofer
Christoph was born near the Wachau wine region, Lower Austria, and was exposed to the gastronomic world in Austria at an early age. Born into a family of wine lovers who visited the typical Austrian wine tavern several times a week, Christoph found his passion in the wine tasting and attended several wine seminars at the Wine Academy, which made him a valued connoisseur.
