| Vineyard & Cellar | The grapes from ÖTW Erste Lage consist of 30% Pinot Blanc, 30% Pinot Gris, 20% Neuburger, and 5% Traminertrauben. The camp of the Riede Langteufel is a southwestern slope, on gravel and limestone. The grapes are picked by hand; Fermented for 14 days in a large wooden barrel and then matured for 18 months in a large used wooden barrel. |
